In some instances, the contracting party may include coowners, skippers, or other individuals responsible for the vessel, and additional data may be collected:

5.5. ID/Passport: For the purpose of verification, it is a contractual requirement to obtain a copy of the ID or passport of any coowner, skipper, or other responsible party associated with the vessel.

5.6. Valid Contact Information: As is consistent with contractual obligations, contact information such as addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers must be provided for the aforementioned parties.

6. Data Retention

Moor & Dock adheres to a strict policy governing the retention of data collected during the course of contractual agreements for vessel hardstanding and mooring, vessel repairs & refits, and chandlery services. The default data retention period is set at one year, commencing from the date of contract expiration. However, it is crucial to note that exceptions to this policy exist and may apply under specific circumstances:

6.1. Legal Disputes: In the event of a legal dispute arising between the contracting party and Moor & Dock, data relevant to the dispute may be retained beyond the default retention period, solely until the resolution of the dispute is achieved.

6.2. Unsettled Financial Obligations: If the contracting party possesses unsettled financial obligations to Moor & Dock, pertinent data may be retained until the contractual financial obligations are duly satisfied.

6.3. Vessel Remained without Active Contract: In situations where a vessel remains within the premises of Moor & Dock without an active contract, data related to the vessel and the contracting party may be retained until such time as the issue is satisfactorily resolved.

6.4. Legal or Fiscal Issues: Data may be retained in instances where it is required for legal, fiscal, or regulatory compliance purposes, including but not limited to obligations imposed by pertinent legal authorities and fiscal regulations.

7. CCTV Monitoring

For the safety and security of our facilities, it is important to note that Moor & Dock’s premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. Recordings from these cameras are accessible solely by authorized Management personnel. The footage is retained for a default period of 14 days, commencing from the time of recording. However, exceptions to this retention period exist:

7.1. Legal or Fiscal Reasons: In cases where footage is deemed necessary for legal or fiscal purposes, it may be retained beyond the default 14-day period.

7.2. Storage and Access: All CCTV recordings are stored on local encrypted storage, ensuring that they remain secure. Furthermore, access to these recordings is restricted solely to authorized personnel within our company network. The recordings cannot be shared, copied, or viewed outside of the company network without the exception of legal authorities when required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Anonymized String: An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Plugin: Photo Gallery

When you leave a comment on this site, we send your name, email address, IP address and comment text to example.com. Example.com does not retain your personal data.

Plugin: Hummingbird

Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Plugin: Smush

Note: Smush does not interact with end users on your website. The only input option Smush has is to a newsletter subscription for site admins only. If you would like to notify your users of this in your privacy policy, you can use the information below.

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
